Trattoria La Casareccia — Restaurant in Frosinone

We loved it! Our lunch at La Casareccia was the biggest surprise! The restaurant is located close to the highway and was the perfect stop on our way to the airport. We had delicious home made food and felt really welcome. The staff is super polite and funny. They smile all the time and are very quick. Also, as foreigners, we were treated just as nice as every other costumer and even the language barrier was no problem.

Sono un food & beverage manager per importanti franchising di ristorazione e do il parere sia professionale che obiettivo. Ci sono molte cose che non vanno: L’amatriciana era buona ma era semplicemente una pasta con guanciale e sugo La bistecca ( non nella foto ) chiesta media cottura arriva al sangue, la mandiamo a cuocere un pochino in più e si sentivano le urla dalla cucina. Avremmo voluto alzarci per andarcene ma so che è una piccola realtà a conduzione familiare e quindi abbiamo sorvolato. Per ultimo il babbà che a suo dire era la specialità ma purtroppo lo abbiamo lasciato in quanto era disgustoso. C’è stato un problema nel proporzionare acqua, zucchero e rum ( di scarsissima qualità ) , notate il colore strano dalla foto. Avrei sorvolato se la cuoca fosse uscita fuori a chiedere tantomeno spiegazioni per la storia della carne e dirci cosa fosse successo. Soprattutto preparare i camerieri nel sapere cosa vendono. Non sapevano la differenza tra una costata e un t bone, se alcune cose fossero nel menù o no. Ok , è una conduzione familiare ma per un primo e un secondo la gente spende 40 euro che equivalgono ad una giornata di 10 pre di lavoro per molte persone. Abbiate rispetto per chi...
