We walked in and waited to be seated. There was only one other occupied table outside. The waitress completely ignored us. After 8 min or so we approached her and were then seated.

Then waited for another 10 min for a menu. Got one in Italian. Asked if there’s an English version. ‘No’ she replied, and walked away. Had no idea what crossed her mind but it definitely wasn’t something like ‘mmm… maybe I should help them navigate through this menu…’.

Waited for another 15 min and walked up to the counter for someone to come by and take our order (we were hungry, what can I say…). She said: ‘ok’. Another 10 min and no one approached.

Bottom line: avoid. There are plenty other places that deserve...

A small and cozy bar with the soul of a fine restaurant. Everything we tried from various meats and main dishes to the desserts was rich in flavor and absolutely delicious. The prosecco was perfect, and the warm, heartfelt service made us feel truly welcome. We visited twice during our stay in Gaeta. Siamo arrivati alle 19.59 avendo una prenotazione per le 20.15 , non ci hanno fatto accomodare dovevamo aspettare l'ora programmata avendo un locale vuoto e vabbè , una volta accomodati servizio pessimo ed è già un complimento, lento da dire che il mio primo piatto e arrivato alle 21.40 un primo piatto da vomito ed e proprio così pasta scotta non sapevo nulla nonostante ci fossero funghi e salsiccia e crema di parmigiano ma nulla è pervenuto , la PST aper la bimba una pasta e patate che era una semplice pasta lessa con una patata tagliata nessun sapore , la cane si buona ma nulla di così eccezionale ho chiesto se nei crostini si oitev togliere il polipo mi fu risposto di no quindi non si cerca di accontentare il cliente , nessuna patatina fritta, ne un hamburger, tutto scritto alla carta , e premettere che a noi non e stato dato il menù del giorno , ora mi sono dilungata ok ma sono profondamente dispiaciuta del servizio del cibo di come siamo stati trattati siamo clienti e non penso che ci rivedrà mai più ma chiedo a chi continua ad andare in questi posti , come fate dire che si mangia bene in un posto del genere ma come mangiate a...
