I've been going to this cliffside restaurant for about 15 years, at least once a year. I've seen it expand, grow into a BNB, add loungers, balconies. Location, location, location is beautiful and the live entertainment of cliff divers is a major bonus. My lower rating is for the menu and outrageous pricing. 28€ for a huge plate but tiny portion of pasta with literally two 2.5" scampi the size of my finger! 8€ for a plate of vegetables containing literally four thin slices of aubergine, four half inch slices of red peppers and four inch sized red onions sotto olio. We had to order a second because it was so sparse. Wine is also 28euros a bottle. Coperto 5euros pp for literally two slices of hard speciality bread and two slices of regular bread, do one if our table of five. Luckily I don't eat bread. Not sure I'll continue my annual visits for 50euros a person with no real appetizers, limited pasta options, and couldn't afford a secondo. Shame, they used to be competitively priced. I only marked down service because I made a reservation for a seaside balcony table the day before. Three of five were available upon arrival yet we were seated on a side internal table after I refused a middle table. The waiter was awesome but limited on what he could offer (he checked to see if I could order mussels or vongole since I don't eat scampi, no not available so he promised to have my scampi cleaned but when the spaghetti in tomato sauce showed up and I saw two pieces of scampi sitting next to heads I refused it. Came back with a small portion of spaghetti ( half a normal size portion anywhere else) full of vongole in wine sauce (what I requested in the first place but no longer on the menu)?? My friends had seared Tuna as their main meal. Literally 5 inch squares for again, 28euros! No side salad, nothing extra, but served on the huge platter sized plates, likey spaghetti that only covered the center with at least a three inch gap on all sides. I wish I'd taken pics to express how pitiful they were. Taste was great, just not enough. We...

But from my front room I could hear the cars and scooters motoring up and down the hill of the dead end road, even with earplugs. Rooms facing the back viewed the neighbors, some using their terraces used for storing mops, shoes, sports equipment. ||Restaurant - Located at the bottom of the dead end road, the buildings, terraces and views are stunning! (Be sure to ask the price of the fish before you order. I didn't and the small fillets of the small white fish were a stunning E 24.) Nice tasting, but not that nice. "No green peppers, please" did not translate well; the veggie side dish was a disappointing few slices of very vinegary eggplant & zucchini (mopped up w/the white bread). Good 1/4 lt of house white wine. I suggested an error in the E 36 bill, emphasizing the fish price; they showed me the fish calculation then knocked off E 6.||Staff - Very nice family, welcoming and gracious. Son Cesar speaks English well and was Extremely Helpful getting me internet ready in the B&B room.||Bottom Line - B&B could be 1/4 km from your breakfast at the lovely restaurant, so be prepared to drive or walk down the steep windy hill. (I didn't do my research :-
