My Husband and I dined in this stunning restaurant on the 9th October 2023 and have not ever experienced this high level of customer service, extremely clever menu creation, exceptional presentation and I haven’t even mentioned the TASTE!!!! OMG! Between the two of us, the restaurant owners ( Anna and Roberto) not only delivered the beautiful story of the establishments creation but also recommended the most beautiful dishes and suggested perfect wine parings
.. just DELICIOUS😊 we kept ordering dishes ( although the servings were generous) we didn’t want our celestial gastronomic experience to end! We stayed from opening to closing and just wish we had another night to eat everything else! We will make another visit to this part of Tuscany, just to dine in this beautiful restaurant again! Thank you to Anna and Roberto for your exceptional and beautiful hospitality, decor, service and food!!!!! We will be back! ❀

Eccellente cena madre/figlia nel paesino di Giuncarico! “Osteria 35” non puĂČ mancare nella vostra rubrica: - carte dei vini molto ampia e interessante (per noi un vino bianco Vermentino « km 0 »: Costamurata, az.agricola « La MĂ gia ») - Antipasti originali ma con raffinata ToscanitĂ  : per Florence uova cotta a 63 ‘C con mousse di patate e tartufo in abondanza, per me delicata terrine di fegatini di pollo con amarene e pain briochĂ©; - Secondi di gran personalitĂ , colore e sapore: Per Florence tagliata di suino etrusco affumicata con peperoni su crema di finocchio, per me agnello alla griglia su salsa di miso (salsa giapponese, di soia e riso fermentati) - dessert dello chef squisiti: per Florence un millefoglie alla fragola e per me un delizioso zuccotto Siamo uscite di quest’immenso ristorantino di paesello (1/4 d’ora di Grosseto, Castiglione della Pescaia, Follonica) con una spesa intorno a 100€ in due (pane dello chef e buon vino compreso)! My Husband and I dined in this stunning restaurant on the 9th October 2023 and have not ever experienced this high level of customer service, extremely clever menu creation, exceptional presentation and I haven’t even mentioned the TASTE!!!! Anna and Roberto are really amazing! The food was insanely good, fresh, local, and full of flavor. I came in with high expectations, and they were completely blown away. Every meal was fantastic but That uovo was next-level delicious !! I’m still dreaming about it!. Anna is the ultimate host: warm, funny, and totally on point. She was also incredibly sweet with my kids ! they still talk about her magical anti-wasp blanket! The vibe was super relaxed and cozy, with just the right mix of charm and authenticity.
