Our experience at Osteria delle 3V included not only a huge and delicious dinner, but we also stayed overnight as guests in the small inn they run in the rear of the restaurant. The first word that comes to mind when we think of this restaurant is FAMILY. This is a family owned and operated establishment and every member plays an integral role in its success from the chef to the servers, to the hosts… all part of the family. Veronica, our host, is one of the daughters and one of the only family members that spoke a bit of English. She was as helpful and sweet to us as she could be. We enjoyed sitting in the dining room and people watching. Everyone who came to the restaurant seemed to be happy. It was not a fancy place…but it had a bustling energy and it was easy to see that customers enjoyed themselves and felt at home at this feel good establishment with an Alpine vibe. Our accommodations in our overnight room were very clean and provided all we needed to get a good nights sleep. We had dinner in this restaurant and found the food o be very good. We had the pizzocheri that were very fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is very nice with a mountain type of setting in the inside of the restaurant. The copper pots are stunning, and the paintings on the wall are very typical of a mountain lifestyle. Quite chacteristic.||The second dishes were prepared well and were original.||Price quality is good, and the wines are conveniently prices.||The only negative is the wait time as it took more than 90 minutes to get our first dish.||Would...
