Raramente lascio recensioni, e quando le lascio vuol dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito. Ci siamo trovati a Giulianova per qualche giorno, e abbiamo provato un pò di posti in cui mangiare, tra I vari pranzo e cene. Trovandoci sul lungomare all'ora di pranzo cercavamo un posto per pranzare velocemente senza troppe pretese. Ci siamo imbattuti in quella che dall'insegna sembrava una pasticceria, ma aveva dei tavolini in una graziosa veranda e una lavagnetta con il menù del giorno ad un prezzo onestissimo, per cui ci siamo accomodati. Siamo stati accolti da una ragazza gentile e allegra, e ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio. Nel menù del giorno potevamo scegliere tra due piatti della cucina Romana, Carbonara e Cacio e pepe, e un pò incuriositi/divertiti abbiamo scelto di assaggiarli entrambi, per cui io carbonara e mia moglie cacio e pepe (mentre mia figlia piccola ha scelto una più conservativa pasta al pomodoro fuori menù). E qui è arrivata la sorpresa. Entrambi i primi veramente, ma veramente buoni. Parliamo di due ricette della tradizione Romana, che sulla carta sembrano molto facili, ma nella pratica a pochi riescono davvero bene... e lo dico da cultore della Carbonara. La cosa ci ha divertito, perché siamo arrivati fino a Giulianova per mangiare dei piatti tipici romani, cucinati benissimo... e noi siamo di Roma! E vi assicuro che in molti ristoranti di Roma non le cucinano così bene. Oltre alla bontà dei primi, menzione speciale alle due ragazze che servono a tavoli, entrambe gentilissime, allegre e che ci hanno serviti abbastanza velocemente. Il tutto condito da un conto più che onesto. Quando capiterà di tornare a Giulianova, sappiamo già...
