Terrible attitude from the waiters. We booked a table of 9. One person was a coeliac and so they didn't have anything available. For that, I totally accept, I'm more pleased when a restaurant is careful and honest than careless.
However, they stated wouldn't even allow the person to eat their own prepared food. And when I asked why he threatened to "block the table". The server was combatative and had a terrible attitude, even though we were friendly when asking. We had eight people ready to pay, and they were rude. I've rarely encountered such a terrible attitude.
I was happy to leave their terrible service behind. Zero, avoid.
Edit for reply: Absolutely nothing is a lie. We called about the person that couldn't come and there was no answer. There was no food consumed at the table, just ordered. Go ahead and read his response and you can see the attitude of the owner. Check the other reviews and you'll see he once said to customers "There isn't enough food." and kicked then out of an empty restaurant. Everything can be said with the right attitude and RESPECT. He expected a 60 year old woman to sit and watch everyone else eat because a person with an allergy wasn't welcome TO SIT AT THE TABLE. She had her own food. I have to say, it was delicious! The portions per person was enough The quality was excellent...the zucchini prawns and mussels were our favourite
I highly recommend the set menu as you get to explore many of their dishes
