Da Piero — Restaurant in Grado

Good food and friendly staff except for 1 women. We arrived when the outside terrace had 5 out of 20 empty tables. The lady who lead us to the table (after ignoring us when when came in for several times) told us, after a while when we were standing at the entrance, that there were no tables outside, all reservations, so we could only sit inside.

It was really hot inside so when a very friendly guy came to take our order we asked if it was okay to sit outside if we only ordered a main dish. He told us it was fine, just take a seat and told us to order what we want.

We sat here the whole evening and after us just 2 other tables came. The terrace wasn’t even almost full and the lady was very unfriendly. She didn’t come for our drinks, when she took our plates she didn’t bother saying anything

Because of this unfriendly women I wouldn’t go back here, didn’t feel welcome at this place. 4 stars for the restaurant and the other staff, 0 star for this lady so that makes 2 stars. We left this review at TripAdvisor but it was immediately deleted. That makes sense why the last review is from 2019. So that actually makes 0...

Terrible - lacking flavour - had the pentolaccia pasta and the red wine (they only sell red house wine because they maintain they are a fish restaurant despite half the menu being meat). Quantity of seafood looked promising but it was incredibly watery, overcooked and to add insult to injury - it wasn’t even proper pasta but some eggless vermicelli grub. Go if you like quantity. This place truly was the cherry on the cake at our stay in Grado. If you like to take a seat you better come here early or ask for a reservation as all people seem to love this place. No wonder why as the offer really great dishes. Frutti di mare, Spaghetti aglioli and Pizza. I tried them all and went nuts by the great food. If you are in the area it's definitely not a failure to take...
