L'Officina — Restaurant in Grassobbio

The restaurant is located at the hotel "Winter Garden Hotel Bergamo Airport". They have a very cozy terrace with plenty of space.

We were recommended by a very kind waiter about dishes which were out of the menu. It was a success but the service was awful.

They brought the first dish when we did not even finish the starter. Thus, we had to eat cold. The main dish came right after we finished the first dish, I mean, 1 second literally later and therefore, once again, we started to try the meat cold. The raw ingredients are good and the flavour was good too. I read some reviews about the food has no quality and I do not agree at all

Value for the price, overpriced, by the way, review the bill coz we were charged 7€+VAT for a dish we never ate, was it the bread we did not order? We will never know and my fault for not...

Visitare il Ristorante L'Officina è stata un'esperienza straordinariamente piacevole che ha superato tutte le mie aspettative. Sin dall'entrata, l'arredamento accogliente e studiato nei minimi dettagli crea un'atmosfera calda e invitante, che prepara i sensi a quello che sarà un viaggio culinario memorabile. L'ambiente, curato e piacevolmente armonioso, rende il soggiorno al ristorante non solo un'appagante esperienza gastronomica ma anche un momento di vero e proprio relax e piacere estetico.

Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale attento, competente e sempre disponibile ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più gratificante. È evidente l'attenzione verso il cliente e la cura nel dettaglio che il team di L'Officina dedica in ogni aspetto del servizio.

Parlando di cibo, ogni piatto è stato una piacevole sorpresa. Gli abbinamenti proposti dallo chef sono stati audaci ma estremamente riusciti, dimostrando una profonda conoscenza delle materie prime e una grande creatività. La qualità degli ingredienti è eccellente, e questo si riflette nel gusto ricco e autentico di ogni preparazione. Devo fare una menzione speciale per i primi piatti: assolutamente spaziali! Ogni primo è stato un capolavoro di sapori, equilibrio e presentazione, segno distintivo della cucina di alto livello che L'Officina aspira a offrire.

In conclusione, la visita al Ristorante L'Officina è stata un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile, che raccomando vivamente a chiunque apprezzi il buon cibo, un ambiente elegante e un servizio di prima classe. Senza dubbio, un luogo in cui ritornare, sia per le occasioni speciali sia per rendere un qualunque giorno un po'...

Best airport hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was wonderful and it even included a spa tub in the bedroom. The hotel representative Daniela was absolutely amazing. She even helped us switch our shuttle reservation at the last minute since we arrived an hour earlier. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful.
