My wife and I decided to try this hotel in the way back from Sorrento. We were not disappointed. Barack, the hotel owner, was a great host.||||The hotel is a refurbished Bishops manor. It proves a quiet and quaint stay. We happened to stay in the middle of the week and we're lucky enough to have the hotel to ourselves after a sold out weekend. ||||If you are looking for a place to just sit in your room and watch tv, this isn't it. This hotel does not have tvs in the rooms and is a place for peace and quiet. There is not a lot to do on the actual grounds of the hotel but there are several things to do off site. Barack can assist with finding these activities.||||My wife and I did a 2 hour hike from the hotel up the mountain to a river/waterfall. There is a protected area under the World Wildlife Federation that you can hike through. To get to it you hike through the sleepy town of guarairgia. There is a small bat where one can stop for a drink.||||This hotel would be a great option for a small to medium traveling group. I am not sure how many rooms there are but it looked like at least 6 rooms, probably more.||||Worth the experience. ...

Coming from the coast the location of this place in the Italian mountains was incredible. The views outside of your balcony are breathtaking.
The owner has kept and refurbished the place extraordinarily well so that you really do feel like you are staying in a time capsule while incorporating their own style and modern flares.
After a week in Sorrento and the coast this was by far our best meal that we had on our trip...From the local wine, to the homemade pastas with new wave twists to the highly recommended T Bone Steak (enough for three people trust me) we were in food heaven.
