Locanda Collazzi — Restaurant in Impruneta

Charming, only-in-Tuscany five star outdoor dining experience set among the beautiful Tuscan hills and part of a historical estate. We did the wine tour (also not to be missed) which introduced us to the existence of this restaurant, and a few days later we decided to give it a try. So glad we did. We ordered the four course menu which comes with as many wines from Collazzi, meanwhile enjoying the gorgeous scenery and fantastic sunset. Food and service were both superb. Amazing staff, location, and food. Wonderful setting in typical Tuscan countryside with great food that is prepared with care, innovative and traditional at the same time. Delightful staff is quick and attentive, while being gracious and bursting with positive energy and obvious enjoyment and pride in what they do. Wine list is not long but it is perfectly paired with the food. Local wines are an excellent choice and compliments to the chefs too!! Looking forward to...

This was our last day of our stay in Italy, and we wanted to have dinner somewhere slightly remote and quiet, away from the glamour of the Florence city center. Having the car at our disposal, we decided to drive to this location.
