Ristorante Montebuoni — Restaurant in Impruneta

This is the worst restaurant ive ever visited in italy and here is why;

the waiter was friendly, until we took a seat. Then he acted like he wants us to go fast as possible the waiter didnt ask my girlfriend what to drink and my beer wasnt delivered at all everytime the waiter walked us by he snorted with his nose and was breathing very weird, like he was desperate or something he almost throws aggressive the food on the table and when we were finished he only took my stuff and left the other stuff on the table

I was about to leave immediately, never seen such unprofessionality from a restaurant but then came the main course

my girlfriend orders penne and she got spaghetti a part of the food was still uncooked and had the taste of a microwave when we paid the waiter was acting very arrogant the price for a beer, cola, water, 2x spaghetti was €74, too expensive and not worth it at all

I have literally no idea why he was that unfriendly

The only thing i liked was the view, which was amazing, but never again

Spectacular food with lovely, quintessential Tuscan views. The arrabiata was amazing and the tagliata as well. The service was helpful and attentive without being too much. Nice selection of wines as well. Highly recommend, just mind the narrow roads on the drive up (completing the true Italian experience ;p)

EDIT: So good we returned just a few days later... And were greeted by the waiter like old friends! The pollo alla diavola was one of the best chicken dishes I've had in ages.

The waiter was absolutely unfriendly (to us and his colleagues), the food was okay, but not good. Potatos cost 5€ extra which is an impudence for basically one medium size fried potato.
