Ristorante Al Traghetto — Restaurant in Jesolo

This is a TOURIST TRAP. Plain and simple.Off the beaten path locale. Right on the water. Food was disappointing. High prices and not worth the price at all. 32 euros!!! for an Appetizer with overcooked and Under seasoned food. My wife got the Branzino. It was a square of fish and she said she didn’t think it was fresh. Not impressed at all. Service also erratic and spotty. 3 people came in and sat a table next to us 15 minutes after we arrived and the waiters served them and took their orders before us😔. We had to ask after sitting at our table for 20 minutes for some bread to go with the water and glasses of wine they brought us😫Overall disappointing. The food was great I really recommend the seabass it is super tasty and is well combined with the vegetables. The service was poor we expected more from this restaurant, and it was slow too. The atmosphere was great the only problems were the mosquitoes and the toilet. The toilet was small dirty (there was a bug in there) and the light sensor is placed incorrectly so every 5 minutes the lights turned off so you had to open the stall door wave your hand for the light to turn on. But the location saved everything if you are lucky enough you will get a table by the river where you can watch the sunset, also at night a lot of snails get out so be careful not to...

Dopo anni sono tornato in questo posto dove ero già stato con precedente gestione. Il cibo è buono, i camerieri molto gentili ed il posto sarebbe anche carino... La nota pessima è il titolare( oltre al prezzo... Per un tiramisù 9 euro!) , presentatosi al tavolo ove mi. Ero seduto , non ci ha segnato di un saluto, di un buongiorno o quant'altro e non essendo in divisa e non essendosi presentato ha semplicemente tolto i coperti in più senza ripeto degnarci di un saluto o cenno d'intesa .... Alle nostre rimostranze ci ha risposto che potevamo anche cambiare locale.... Solo per gentilezza non l'ho mandato a quel paese e gli ho fatto presente che oltre ad essere un maleducato e che doveva imparare dai suoi dipendenti non ci sarebbe stato problemi per il futuro, tra l'altro per due primi ( spaghetti alle vongole) , una soglia striminzita mezza bottiglia di prosecco+ un paio sfusi, un dolce, amari e caffè anche per altra coppia abbiamo pagato la bellezza di circa 135 euro... Per carità il cibo( per quanto poco) era buono ma anche i prezzi sono esagerati. Ripeto comunque che quello che ha colpito è stato soprattutto il comportamento del titolare....
