Don’t buy anything from 99 cafe! Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. I purchased a Faber coffee machine from this company. I paid extra to ensure the machine would arrive in perfect condition. Upon arrival I checked it out and noticed some nasty scratches, luckily they were on the back so i decided not to make a fuss and enjoy my new machine.however I did inform the seller as it was a little dissatisfactory especially after paying the extra packaging cost. I was a little shocked when they agreed it was lucky the scratches were on the back and offered no apology. I would have expected an offer to replace the machine or at least refund the extra packaging cost? Unfortunately the problems did not end there, a few months later and the pump has broken, obviously I contacted the company where I bought the machine and asked if I could return for repair. They suggested to send me the pump as it is quite an easy install but I would have to pay the shipping myself. I thought that was quite strange, I have never been asked to pay shipping for a faulty part on a machine under warranty, it’s not about the money it’s the principal. After checking the European law on warranties it seems I am correct, postage is included in the warranty and should be covered by the seller. After informing 99 cafe this they told me they would no longer deal with me and I should contact Faber directly and will stop the conversation here. This is definitely not the service anyone is looking for and it seems they put more value into trying to get out of the responsibility of paying a few euros shipping than the satisfaction of the customer. After informing them that I would carry on the conversation on their YouTube channel they decided to change their mind and again offer to send me a pump as long as I paid for the packaging. This is not the behavior of an honest trustworthy company and I would recommend dealing with another distributor or directly with Faber or didiesse. I have since contacted Faber and will deal directly with them. 99 cafe are now threatening to sue me if I put any negative reviews. Obviously I have screenshots of all the messages. In the end it is a real shame, I tried to support a small business in exchange for quality service but received the complete opposite. It is companies like this that will make everyone buy from Amazon...

Ottima esperienza con la nuova macchina Aroma plus 99 caffè, premetto che per anni ho usato classica moka, ma finalmente posso gustare un caffè corposo e di ottimo sapore.Un ringraziamento a sig. Claudio di 99 caffè molto preparato sul mondo del caffè, dalle macchine alle varie tostature, curando esigenze dei clienti con un suo canale youtube, ed assistenza al numero watzap.Veniamo alla macchina aroma plus, molto compatta e qualità che si percepisce subito, rivestimento in ferro, termostato 98gradi, led blu, griglia posatazzina modificata da loro per far sì che lo scolo del beccuccio vada a finire diretto nella vaschetta, ghiera facilmente regolabile per personalizzare a dovere la miscelazione.Mi hanno mandato anche varie miscele degustazione di pruduzione loro, ho acquistato insieme alla macchina anche la cialda "Chiara" molto apprezzato e veramente di ottimo gusto.Seguo molto i consigli che danno sul loro gruppo di utenti su Facebook, infatti ho inserito una presa smart per far sì che si accenda la mattina prima che vado a lavorare un oretta prima così tutto il corpo macchina si scaldi a dovere, per spegnersi quando esco, stessa cosa al rientro a casa il pomeriggio, cosi addio bar.Poi altro consiglio faccio erogare un po d acqua a vuoto sia prima che dopo l erogazione, ho regolato la ghiera su questo tipo di miscela, fino a quando il risultato, rispettasse i requisiti quasi perfetti (per il mio gusto)per avere una giusta erogazione finale, ed infine sto testando varie acque in bottiglia per un plus in più come risultato.Consiglio e ringrazio vivamente l azienda 99 caffè, ci mettono veramente tanta passione.Grazie grazie grazie.Buon...

Cercavo una macchina da caffè di qualità per casa e, durante le mie ricerche su YouTube, mi sono imbattuto nel canale di Claudio, 99 Caffè L’Aquila. Grazie ai suoi video ho scoperto le diverse tipologie di macchine disponibili – automatiche, a braccio, a capsule e a cialde – e ho conosciuto molti brand del settore. In questo modo ho avuto tutte le informazioni necessarie per capire quale fosse la soluzione migliore per i miei gusti e le mie esigenze.

Alla fine ho scelto la Aroma Pro, una macchina realizzata da Aroma in collaborazione proprio con Claudio di 99 Caffè, acquistabile infatti esclusivamente sul sito di 99 Caffé. Questa versione presenta diversi miglioramenti che la rendono una vera macchina professionale per uso domestico. È anche molto bella esteticamente.

Ho già preparato i primi caffè e il risultato è stato sorprendente: una qualità pari, se non superiore, a quella di molti bar. Ho provato anche le miscele prodotte da Claudio, che è un torrefattore, e devo dire che sono davvero ottime.

Sono super soddisfatto dell’acquisto! Per non parlare dell'assistenza su Whatsapp di un altro pianeta, rispondono immediatamente e sono anche molto gentili. Il servizio clienti che tutti dovrebbero offrire e quasi nessuno offre. Fantastici.
