We had the degustation menu, which is what the chef chooses/ cooks for the day. Small dishes are served but you don't need to read the menu and choose from, and you don't share with the other guests. Each person gets their share in a small dish. So, this is the concept. The food was simply excellent! Great combinations, original, creative and satisfactory. Each dish was very tasty. I would definitely visit this town to be able to eat in this restaurant again. We had a cold white wine to accompany the dishes and this was excellent idea. We had a really amazing dinner. The “aperitivo cenato” let’s you taste large parts of their menus (10 courses) with tiny, tasty bites. Brilliant idea and we’ll executed. We also had the lamb cheek, which was just wonderful, and finished with one of the most amazing desserts I’ve ever had: a genziana mousse with a saffron and apple warm marmalade. Un posto chic e allo stesso tempo rilassante dove trascorrere una serata con amici che amano condividere anche i piaceri del palato. Le sedute sono state il primo punto di attrazione, comode ed ampie poltroncine in pelle che ti accolgono facendoti sentire il padrone di casa e allo stesso tempo l'ospite d'onore. Personale molto preparato e attento che, con morbidezza, ha saputo interpretare le nostre richieste. Per l'antipasto abbiamo dato carta bianca allo chef e la sorpresa è iniziata: molteplici assaggi, tra carne, pesce e verdure, estremamente gustosi ed elaborati con cura, in cui si sente la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate. Un primo piatto condiviso, risultato molto più di un piccolo assaggio. Una splendida tagliata di carne appoggiata su una crosta di sale. Personalmente non ho preso il dolce per non perdere quel ritmo di sapori fino a quel momento raggiunto.
