Devo premettere che, essendo un addetto ai lavori, per questo motivo lascio recensioni dirette di rado: questa volta sono felice di fare un'eccezione alla (mia) regola. Non potrei fare diversamente.

Nel corso di una breve visita alla raffinatissima città-salotto dell'Aquila, siamo stati indirizzati da un amico (altro addetto ai lavori) per la nostra cena in questo ristorante. Abbiamo percepito sin dai primi contatti telefonici, un elevato livello di profesionalità da parte di chi era dall'altro "del filo". E questo è l'incipit che ci si attenderebbe ogni volta: si percepiva che chi era dall'altro lato sorridesse mentre riceveva la nostra prenotazione. E così deve essere.

Sin dall'arrivo, la nostra ammirazione cresceva: a partire dalla bellezza del luogo e dalla sapiente raffinatezza degli arredi, per proseguire con l'elegante, sempre attento, ma mai eccessivo servizio, dalla mise-en-place dei piatti che arrivavano sul nostro tavolo, dalla sorprendente freschezza e stile degli amuse-bouche fornitici dallo chef, ultimo, ma non ultimo, dalla bontà, per il palato e per gli occhi dei piatti che ci sono stati proposti... e gustati. Non c'è bisogno di scendere nel dettaglio degli stessi, perché siamo sicuri che tutta la lista ci avrebbe riservato le medesime sensazioni.

Un grazie agli appassionati proprietari, che con amore e grandissimo stile rendono questo luogo una gioia per i loro ospiti.

Stile, qualità, professionalità, passione nel lavoro, attenzione al cliente; in una parola, tutta l'esperienza è stata perfetta e non può che concludersi con un "arrivederci", in trepida attesa della prossima esperienza in questo luogo magnifico.

One of the best restaurant with super tasty food in L'Aquila city centre and specially if you are a tourist this is the place you should try because they do speak in english and explain about each and every dish that you get. The staffs were super friendly, warm and cheerful (special mention to Massimiliana). They even customise a dish if you need. An awesome restaurant experience for vegetarian food too.
