I'm at a loss for words. Everything is perfect and more: finally, a table without oil and vinegar. I didn't have to do anything. The salad with feta and tuna was perfectly made. Simply wow. The starters too. Incredibly delicious. Finally, not just pasta and pizza: so high-quality and healthy. Not too much choice, but so perfect. Our children ate the entire Bolognese Romana. The dessert: incredibly good. Again, beyond words. What I have to say: everything here has attention to detail. The food is lovingly prepared, the drinks with fresh fruit, the table decorations, the toilets... everything thought through. A concept. Beautiful. Firstly we were trying to book a place by the phone and they said that it is fully booked but at arrival not even a half of tables were occupied everything is completely overpriced in this place especially taking to the account the quality and the amount of food the restaurant (also the kitchen place) is full of flies and they don’t try to do anything with it the bag that they serve the bread is dirty and the tuna in the taco wasn’t cut well as they didn’t even remove the fascia from...

One of the best food I’ve ever had. Directly at the beach you find Santaluz, a well decorated restaurant. I had the “Parilla di pesce e verdure, sichimi, mayo al lime” what a dish! tender, colorful, delicious, everything combines so beautifully together. I would be back to Sardinia just for this food!
