We stopped here for a break from driving and so glad we did as it was some of the best, most authentic food we’ve had in Italia! We tried the carpaccio with parmesan fondue, trippe alla parmesan and spezzatino di cervo con polenta (venison stew). To drink, vino rosso of Teroldego rotoliano and espresso to finish. The wine and espresso were smooth - espresso being the best we’ve had so far, and the flavour and texture in every dish is a high im going to be chasing for a really long time. Great food and very reasonable price. I wish I had an extra stomach for the berry tart. Still regret it today. The gnocchi is soft and delicious but I don’t know what it should taste like but the sauce is flavorsome. The other local dish of pork and polenta is just so delicious I wanna lick the plate. Lo vedevano sempre pieno passando e finalmente siamo riusciti a fermarci. Non avevamo prenotato, ma abbiamo trovato posto all'esterno, in quanto abbiamo una carrozzina disabili. All'interno c'era posto, ma era un po' stretto per la persona in carrozzina. Premetto che non è colpa dell'attività, in quanto ogni disabile è differente, c'è chi ha più bisogno di spazio, chi meno. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato il giorno in cui c'erano solo due cameriere a servire tutti, quindi fuori, dentro e primo piano, quindi abbiamo atteso un po', ma ci sta, loro hanno fatto del loro meglio, noi abbiamo apprezzato la vista delle montagne e della natura... Abbiamo preso 4 tagliatelle fatte in casa, espresse... Bravissimo il cuoco! non metto le immagini perché leggendo le recensioni c'è chi le ha già messe e posso assicurare che sono uguali.
