Il Mestolo — Restaurant in Lamporecchio

Just went last night 11/1/24. We had the beef, arugula, parmesean cheese dish. The beef was tough and fatty. Not worth the 17 Euro. Also ordered the pasta pomodoro and the tomato sauce was so salty we didn't eat much of it. Their french fries were good and hot. Bread extremely dry. I would give it a C given what else is available in Italy. Worst meal we've had in Italy in our 2 months here. Go elsewhere because you can do better in Lamporecchio. Service was fine and...

Si mangia bene ma attenti al conto!!! Si mangia molto bene, però consiglio di  controllare sempre l'esattezza del conto. A noi avevano aumentato il costo di 3 piatti per un totale di 4 euro e quando lo abbiamo fatto presente, hanno verificato  e ci hanno detto che  il conto era giusto!!! Allora abbiamo chiesto il menù per verificare e abbiamo dimostrato che avevamo ragione noi e che loro avevano aumentato i prezzi nel conto. Finalmente hanno accettato l'errore scusandosi dicendo che non ricordano a memoria tutti i prezzi!!!!!!!! Peccato ci saremmo tornati volentieri altre sere, ma il fatto che hanno insistito nel dire che il conto era esatto ci ha fatto cambiare idea. Può  succedere di sbagliare, ma non va bene persistere...
