Cozy place with very good infrastructure. I didn’t check the bathrooms, but the silverware was fine. The location feels a bit isolated and hard to reach, yet that gives it a unique charm.

PREMESSA: metto 5 stelle per far sì che sia un commento ben visibile a tutti. Vi racconto la mia esperienza. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per due per le ore 22. Arrivati abbiamo atteso mezz'ora che ci portassero solo il menu...noi avevamo scelto di prendere il diaframma, presente nel menù. Una volta arrivati per prendere la comanda(dopo 30 minuti) ci hanno riferito che tutto quello che avevamo scelto non c'era, nonostante fosse nel menu. Abbiamo constatato nel frattempo che il tavolo era appiccicoso e cosparso di briciole. Alle 23. 15 è arrivata la tagliata di salumi e formaggi del prezzo di ben 20 EURO (per 2 persone, compresa di prosciutto crudo, salame e formaggi tagliati sottili come il velo di un fazzoletto,e per di più erano 2 fette a testa). Abbiamo chiamato il cameriere per portarla via e ne ha portata un'altra molto simile, con la differenza che era tutto tagliato leggermente più doppio. Non contenti abbiamo nuovamente chiamato il cameriere che passava di lì in quel momento per portala nuovamente via.(la cameriera si é anche lamentata del fatto che non volevamo più prenderla) Dopo 30 minuti o più sono arrivate le patatine fritte piene di olio e immangiabili. L'unica cosa buona la carne. Aggiungo che i camerieri non erano mai presenti ai tavoli se non a fine serata per sparecchiare. Alla fine avremmo dovuto pagare 52 euro ma abbiamo ottenuto lo...

So glad that this place didn’t disappoint! I supposed to book a steakhouse in Lecce old town for tonight. However, when I arrived that steakhouse - the front house staff were in horrible manner - look like not welcoming me.

But when I arrived Borgo Papa I felt huge difference. The staff came to me and especially the young guy server here - he was very attentive and polite.

I cannot say I had the best steak but at least the service was top...
