I don’t get the complaints. For us this was an awesome lunch after the funivia ride and some trails. I was not expecting there to be so many things to do up here. Our lunch with the most incredible views was simple alpine classics. Purtroppo mi trovo costretta a valutare il servizio dando una stella per via del personale poco cortese e accogliente. Questo atteggiamento poco incentrato alla soddisfazione del cliente, si evince anche dalle risposte poco ''customer friendly'' che vengono lasciate alle recensioni negative. Un dettaglio che non può passare inosservato è il fatto che in fase di ordinazione in cassa, abbiamo richiesto di mettere della maionese al panino con la pancetta. La signora ci ha risposto con tono poco cordiale che non c'è la possibilità di aggiungere altri ingredienti e dentro al panino doveva esserci tassativamente solo la pancetta senza salsa. Molto strano che una trattoria ben attrezzata non disponga delle salse per panini... Consiglio innanzitutto di ottimizzare il servizio fornendo menù flessibili e soprattutto aumentare la ''customer centricity'', entrando più nell' ottica del consumatore. Torneremo sicuramente a vedere la bellezza del posto, sperando di poter un giorno cambiare la valutazione del mio feedback. Per il momento...
