Extrêmement déçu par ce restaurant. Quand je vois les avis des personnes, c’est à croire que nous ne sommes pas aller dans le même restaurant…

Nous avons réserver ce restaurant sur conseil de notre hôte à Lerici, où nous passons une semaine pour mes 40 ans.

Nous avons choisi ce restaurant justement pour fêter mon anniversaire.

En arrivant, le cadre a l’air très bien. On nous installe, un serveur vient nous parler en italien de façon très très rapide. Il a remarqué que nous ne comprenions pas, et visiblement ça a l’air de l’agacé fortement… il va voir sa collègue et lui en fait part. Bref, à croire que notre présence dérange…

Sa collègue prend le relai et nous conversons en anglais.

On commande 4 menus et un menu enfant … pour lequel on ne nous dit absolument pas ce qu’il y a dedans. On fait avec (ce sont des pâtes au pesto finalement).

Les antipasti arrivent. Ça a l’air pas mal. On déguste… mouais… ça passe.

Arrive ensuite les plats… qui sont tous en décalés. Au final, nous avons manger chacun (nous étions 5) à un moment différent. Sympa..

Parlons justement des plats: Ma compagne commande un risotto avec des gambas (ou crevettes selon la traduction). Elle se retrouve avec un risotto et 3 lamelles de seiches (surgelées ? Pas cuites ? Les deux ?) qui se battent dans son assiette… déception. mon père commande une sorte de pareillade de poissons: on cherche encore les poissons, par contre on a bien vu la salade en grande quantité dans l’assiette. On voit les serveurs amener des coupoles aux autres tables pour déposer les déchets des coquillages ou crevettes… on passe 10 fois à côté de nous en nous regardant et rien du tout. Nous avons même du demandé les couteaux, les plats ayant été jeté / apporté sur table sans aucune considération. Niveau service, il va falloir refaire votre formation…

Me concernant j’ai pris des spaghettis au fruit de mer… à part 6 moules (j’ai compté) dans l’assiette, et qui sont soit vide soit fermées, et ben ça ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard comme dirait l’autre…

On se dit qu’on va se rattraper sur le dessert… et là c’est partie pour 34 minutes d’attentes (là aussi j’ai compté) entre le moment où nous avons terminé notre plat et le moment où une personne vient nous voir pour débarrasser et nous « proposer » des « dulce »…. Ils étaient plus concentré à débarrasser et nettoyer les autres tables visiblement… ils sont passer pourtant 17 fois à côté de nous (j’aime bien compte finalement, j’avais le temps soit dit en passant…)

Parlons des « dulce »: Nous « proposer » un dessert est un bien grand mot… tiramisu, sorbet citron, tarte aux fruits des bois etc… rien de tout ce qu’il y’avait sur la carte ne nous a été proposé. On demande, on nous dit qu’il y a en a Plus. Je ne sais pas comment ils ont fait au second service… les autres tables ont pourtant commandé après nous et on bien eu des dessert différent. On nous propose une espèce de tarte à je ne sais quoi… j’étais tellement dégouté, agacé et dépité que je ne l’ai même pas mangé (ma famille autour de moi avait l’air d’être déçu du goût). Le dessert de ma fille du menu enfant ? Elle n’en a pas eu, je lui ai donc laissé mangé le mien.

Je vais pour payer, je ne sais pas si la dame au comptoir a vu mon agacement et ma déception, mais elle m’a jeté (littéralement) le ticket de carte bleue. Même mon père à remarque ce geste. On ne Nous a même pas posé la question de savoir si le repas s’était bien passé . Rien du tout.

Bref, nous sommes arrivé à 20h, nous sommes partie à presque 22h30, et c’était une déception du début à la fin.

Pour un repas d’anniversaire (que j’avais bien spécifié lors de la réservation), j’ai connu mieux.

Pour résumer: personnel désagréable, incompétent, et à se demander même si ce n’est pas « raciste » pour certains (je pèse bien mes mots) plats quelconques long… très très long… je pourrai en rajouter mais je risquerai d’être vulgaire.

Si je devais résumer mon expérience, je dirai que la banalité des plats côtoient la médiocrité du service.

A oublier , à fuir et à ne pas recommander....

The best seafood dinner I have had in my life, without any doubt. Our fantastic waiter had been extremely attentive and explained everything in English, letting us know every moment that we are being taken care of. Antipasti was varied with 8 types of refined seafood variations. First and second main course were a gustatory delight, too, and so was the dessert. For main dishes, dessert, coffee and aperitif we could each choose frome a well chosen selection, with some variation without there being overwhelmingly many options to choose from. On top of this, we also had sea view and could enjoy the evening landscape of the magnificent Golfo dei Poeti. For the price they charge we received an absolutely fabulous Easter dinner that was above and beyond our expectations....

Ci andai anni fa, lo ricordavo ottimo e per questo ci sono tornato. purtroppo è cambiato molto e non ci tornerò più. Iniziamo dalla prenotazione fatta telefonicamente alla quale seguono messaggi WhatsApp (ma chi lo ha autorizzato a registrarsi il mio numero e tempestarmi di messaggi???) che chiedono insistentemente la conferma e se voglio aderire alle proposte commerciali. Mica sto facendo una operazione con lo SPID , una assicurazione o l'abbonamento SKY... Sto semplicemente prenotando un tavolo. Di spam informatico ne subiamo a sufficienza per tutta la settimana. Adesso anche per il ristorante della domenica?????? Già qui si inizia male e avrei dovuto intuire il missile che ci aspettava.....

Location: bella, molti tavoli vista mare. Purtroppo nonostante il locale semivuoto ci hanno messi in un angolo all'interno vista muro. Evidentemente ci vogliono raccomandazioni per i tavoli vista mare. Veniamo al menù: solo menù fisso a prezzo fisso; praticamente una mensa travestita da ristorante. Antipasti: come in altri locali gli antipasti di pesce consistono in pastelle, formaggi, crostoni, mayo, intrugli e farciture vari dove il pesce rappresenta una percentuale minima. Sapore passabile ma non è pesce. Primi: normali. Secondi: -catalana : qualche pezzo su un letto molto molto abbondante di verdure a riempimento di un piatto che altrimenti sarebbe stato poverello; nemmeno un filo di olio di oliva sopra. Ma nemmeno me lo hanno portato a parte. -Fritto: un poco di pesce molto insipido e in compenso tanta verdura fritta per riempire il piatto; non c'era nemmeno il sale sul tavolo per correggerlo. -dolci: non provati -vino della casa: buono -conto: onesto; corretto per una mensa.

Se vado al mare a mangiare il pesce , non voglio mangiare verdure e pastelle con una briciola di pesce. Devo uscire soddisfatto. Purtroppo in Liguria la tecnica è spesso quella. Preferisco andare in Toscana tipo Viareggio o Livorno e il pesce mangiarlo abbondante e per davvero; magari spendo 20 € in più ma torno a casa soddisfatto. Così invece torno a casa incazzato. Capisco che oggi il pesce costa ma se vuoi fare i prezzi bassi fai un menu alla carta così ognuno si sceglie quel che vuole in base alle proprie possibilità ma non ti puoi proclamare ristorante di pesce e costringere i clienti vederlo con il binocolo a menu...

Splendida location , cena in 5 , optato per menù degustazione a base di pesce , si inizia con 7 assaggi di antipasti servite singolarmente , tutto ottimo , a seguire 2 primi a scelta , risotto al nero di seppia con mirtilli e menta con giulien di seppia e paccheri con sugo di pesce spada , entrambi eccellenti , per secondo grigliata di mare con filetti di pesce , scampi , gamberoni tutto eccellente , per finire un ottimo tiramisù , il tutto con vino della casa vermentino e 2 bottiglie di Blanc de Blanc , Derbusco Cives Complimenti per la stupenda cena e un grazie per il servizio Lo consiglio

I recently dined at this amazing seafood Italian restaurant and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The menu was filled with a variety of fresh seafood dishes that were expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. That was a fixed menu and it was square menu. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. If you're a seafood lover looking for a taste of Italy, this is the place to be. I will definitely be returning soon to try more of their delectable dishes. Grazie mille for a wonderful dining experience!

I recently dined at this amazing seafood Italian restaurant and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
