This restaurant was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Located in the middle of nowhere in a small town. It's a hidden gem. Food was tradional but with a twist of delicious flavors. Portions were bigger not an italian serving size. Service was excellent 👌, waitress spoke fluent English and asked if we had any allergies. English menu also offered. Located nearby the famous Langhe area on top of a hill, this newly opened reastaurant offers a quite and causy atmosphere, enriched by the savoir faire and touch of an international chef. Food choice is wide and each dish comes with a special touch. Raw materials are of an excellent level, locally chosen and well served. Wines, beers and grappa lists meet all requirement levels from connoisseurs to amateurs. A good choice for a family dinner or a business event....

Ci siamo trovati per caso, perché noi quando andiamo in giro andiamo all'avventura e il più delle volte abbiamo un ottimo fiuto per le prelibatezze e per i posti stupendi dove pranzare! Ci siamo trovati a Lesegno, abbiamo visto che nei dintorni c'era una segnaletica per un ristorante con nome particolare Extro, pensando abbiamo definito extrordinario 😅😂🤣invece siamo rimasti sorpresi nel vedere uno spettacolo di parco ben curato, e una stradina di ciottoli che conducevano al ristorante. Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati accolto da una gentile e simpatica Signora (poi abbiamo saputo essere la proprietaria), Abbiamo scelto di mangiare sotto il porticato. Abbiamo visto la carta menù e ci siamo buttati! E come secondo le nostre aspettative era tutto super buono e fantastico. L'unica piccola cosa che devo fare non come critica, ma come consiglio allo Chef Max di mettere meno sale nell'ottima frittura. Non perché amo poco il sale ma forse c'è n'era troppo. Nell'insieme lo perdono perché la frittura era uno spettacolo! Consiglio veramente di cuore di provare questo locale che sembra nascosto ma è da favola. E devo dire qualità e prezzo tutto ottimo e giusto, tutto curato nei particolari e piatti da sogno! Consiglio per persone che amano la buona forchetta se ci andare ci ritornerete come faremo noi...
