I ate at Arte Cibo restaurants several times over the past few years. The restaurant is located in the charming countryside of Locorotondo. My wife and I stayed at the Leonardo Trulli resort for part of our honeymoon and I am shocked to say that this resort restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. We have eaten at Leonardo ArteCibo several times - lunch, dinner and some very special occasions like NYE. The food is outstanding by any standard. Incredibly fresh products, many of which from their own veggie garden, of very high quality and always seasonal. Particular attention is given to the combination of ingredients, which is done with a good amount of creativity. Their wine selection is also very good. This is one restaurant you don’t want to miss when you’re in Valle d’Itria!! And we are real foodies.
