Went there yesterday. From the moment we arrived the Waitress was so unpleasant and rude and acted as they don’t want us there (I will mention that we didn’t came at closing or at a busy time). At the start we were ignored completely by the Waitress and the host, after a couple of minutes we asked if we can sit and again got an rude unhappy response. Through half of the time we set there we were ignored and for the other half we were served rushlly as they do not have time for us (I’ll mention that there were 3 other tables beside us and 4 waitresses). I also had the little pockets filled w eggplant and some kind of cheese and my husband had the iron steak which was amazing. The vegetables were from local farms and were absolutely delicious. Read moreSiamo arrivati al ristorante, accolti calorosamente dal signor Luca, l’unica nota positiva di questa amara serata. Dopo mezz’ora dall’ordine, non avevamo ancora ricevuto il beveraggio. La pizza alla metà dei commensali (eravamo in 5) è arrivata cruda; data la fretta del viaggio di ritorno verso casa, abbiamo deciso di continuare a mangiarla. A fine pasto alla domanda se fosse andato tutto bene, abbiamo riferito alla cameriera che il gusto di per sé era buono, ma era cruda, come si poteva vedere dagli avanzi rimasti nel piatto. La ragazza a questo punto non ha proferito commenti, rispondendo se gradivamo ordinare dell’altro. Al momento del conto, chiediamo di poter pagare alla romana, viene comunque addebitato il costo totale alla prima pagante, ricordiamo dunque in maniera cortese che avremmo gradito pagare alla romana. A questo punto, il ragazzo alla cassa risponde in maniera molto sgarbata “potevi dirmelo prima”, continuando a insistere che non avevamo chiesto il conto diviso, in maniera aggressiva.
In conclusione sarebbe bastato dirsi dispiaciuti dell’accaduto ( solo chi non lavora non sbaglia) e si sarebbe concluso tutto in totale tranquillità.
Sicuramente è stata un’esperienza non positiva, non raccomanderei a nessuno...
