Le Note del Grano - Pizzeria — Restaurant in Loro Ciuffenna

Worst experience ever. This place is extremely racist. Me and my friend came to this place without a reservation, one woman in particular just kept saying no. We asked if there was any possibility and a staff member said we have to wait 30 minutes which we agreed too. After waiting half an hour they gave us a table. The lady who kept saying no would not take our order (we asked her twice). After 20 minutes of sitting another staff member said "sorry we can't serve you pizza as we have no dough". We questioned them why everyone else around us were being served pizza and there was no dough all of a sudden. While we were leaving we noticed the open kitchen had a box of dough (attached is an image). We asked for the owner, the staff member pointed at someone in the kitchen and he said he's doesn't know English but he would translate to the owner but he never did. The owner also looked like he didn't care. We understand we didn't have a reservation and from the get go they should have said no but clearly they wanted to mess around and it was clear due to us being people of colour, to the point when we were leaving a few staff members were...

Very good pizzas. We are from Belgium and we do not really speak Italian very well. So it was nice that one of the obers could speak English. He was very nice and relaxed. He suggested my father his favorite pizza (L’Estiva) and my father liked it very well. My mom is vegan so she ordered a vegetarian without cheese and without onions (because me, my mom and my little brother are also allergic to onions). She got the pizza but there was mozzarella on it. The people making the pizza thought that mozzarella was fine. My mom said nicely what the mistake was and it was fixed with a new pizza and an honest sorry. All of the pizzas and burgers we ordered were very good and we ended up paying €130 for 7 people. Three of them drunk one or two glasses alcohol. So the price was very good. My only complain is that there were no locks on the toilets. But beside that it is an amazing place to get...

La semplicità e la ricercatezza. Pochi piatti,fatti con materie prime di qualità e con amore. La pizza,soprat quella spianata a mano,è qualcosa di speciale,che se hai voglia di pizza napoletana,fatta bene,come in valdarno non se ne trovano,qui,trovi soddisfazione. Soffice,gustosa,eppure leggera..da provare,sopratutto quelle gourmet! Lo staff appassionato,disponibile e attento,l'arredo curato anche sulla tavola. Ripeto:semplicità si,ma nn banale. Ricerca e passione si sentono. Grande assortimento di birre e pochi vini ma buoni ed equilibrati per scelta e prezzo. Si spende qualcosa in più ma la qualità si sente. Ambiente informale ma curato. Non do 5 stelle solo perché il fuori magari può essere reso più accogliente e aggiunto qualche antipasto piu"easy"nel menu,ma io ci torno appena posso nonostante queste...
