Trattoria La Locandiera — Restaurant in Lucinasco

I had the pleasure of dining at La Locandiera in Lucinasco, Liguria, and it was a truly exceptional experience. The beautifully lit dining room provided the perfect ambiance for our party of four, creating a delightful atmosphere. The family running the restaurant was both professional and gracious, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.

The menu at La Locandiera is undoubtedly outstanding, with various superb options. Our group savoured the delicious antipasto featuring cod, frittatas, and torte di verdure – a perfect start to our culinary journey. The Trofie pasta and ravioli were exquisitely prepared, showcasing the chef's culinary expertise, and the rabbit dish was nothing short of excellent.

Once you have found your way to this wonderful gem in Liguria you will be overwhelmed! A decent, attentive and super friendly service. Top notch food that still is down to Earth of Liguria. The package is very genuine and worth the trip. Also pricing of a three course menu with 30EUR p.p is very down to Earth. Thank you very much!

On the trip: we came from Covezza and tried the backland country roads via Dolcedo (try the local olive oil store of Pietrantica!) and it is a nightmare or serpentines. Much easier to go...

Zunächst Mal ist bereits die Anreise sehenswert, insbesondere wenn man nicht aus der Gegend kommt. Allerdings ist Google ein kleiner Bastard, wenn es um die letzten Meter im Dorf geht: bleiben Sie auf der Hauptstraße (links) wenn es mehrere Optionen gibt! Wenn man der Empfehlung von Google folgt, wird man eine Straße geführt, die nur 1.70m breit ist. Uns hat ein freundlicher Einheimischer geholfen. Es gibt 50-80m vor der Tratoria einen kleinen Parkplatz an der Straße. Das Restaurant liegt im 1.OG, umd wirkt wie ein übergroßes privates Esszimmer mit kleiner Bar neben dem Eingang. Es gibt noch eine sehr lauschige Terrasse, aber das Wetter hat bei uns leider nicht mitgespielt. Der Wirt hat uns freundlich begrüßt und an den Tisch gebracht. Er konnte ein paar Brocken deutsch, um uns die Speisenauswahl vorzutragen. Wir haben das Menü gewählt (30€/Person). Dazu kamen Wasser und Wein. Es ging los mit fantastischem Focaccia, regionalem Olivenöl und Salz, gefolgt von einem Potpourri an köstlichen, gemischten Vospeisen. Danach kam der Nudelgang, wir hatten jeder unterschiedliche Nudelsorten und Saucen, und waren alle 3 begeistert. Die Linguine und Ravioli waren hauchdünn, die Saucen geschmackvoll. Zum Hauptgang gab es ligurisches Kaninchen bzw. Orangen-Perlhuhn als Hauptakteur. Auch hier waren wir sehr glücklich, was die Küche geboten hat. Zum Dessert gab es eine leckere Torta mit Kirschen und natürlich einen schönen Espresso.
