There are two bars in the centro storico and they are both heavenly. It's impossible to choose, so you have to visit both!

Panterei is perfectly-run; the staff are friendly and fast and the coffee is wonderful. Sitting outside on humble seats in the piazzetta, there is always someone to chat with, and the sublime warmth of the people of Lugnano lifts the soul. It doesn't really get better than this.
