We dined at this restaurant 9/9/2025. We were thankful to be seated by the hostess without a reservation. The waiter assigned to our table treated us poorly and with incredible DISDAIN. We are a well traveled family with a friendly demeanor though we don't speak Italian. The waiter (a little man with a small tuft of hair on his head and a sour expression), proceeded to simply grunt at us while making faces of disgust. We smiled and attempted to be polite. He proceeded to pour very small amounts of wine. (very strange in Italy, as we have been there many times) At one point he emptied a bottle of wine into a glass which consisted of maybe 3 sips. Instead of returning to pour an appropriate amount, he just waved his hand in a way to say "that's all you get". We calmly explained this, and the rudeness of the waiter to the Hostess, who suggested that my daughter actually drank the wine and that was why there wasn't much in the glass. It was appalling, really. She then tried to make up for all the rudeness, but honestly.... just not acceptable. We watched the staff treat the locals in the restaurant very professionally and charmingly. Our waiter should be employed in another field, perhaps? The food was decent but not nearly the quality you will find in the restaurants in Otricoli, where we were staying. The food and service at "Il Convento" and "Le Delizie" are much more worth your time and money. Unfortunately we simply cannot recommend...
Read moreSo huge and big restaurant with a lot of places! So you can go there without any reservation. Good and tasty food, especially meat 🥩 it’s normal restaurant, with typical food. You can go there for dinner, only for eat, not to dance and make a party. Quite dinner, tasty food, and good wine.
I give 5 stars, as meal was good and cooked at the time, fresh. Stuff were friendly. Thanks for the dinner!

Read morePerhaps it’s because I visited in January, but I was the only diner in the whole restaurant at 8pm on a Tuesday evening. Thankfully the staff were excellent, as was the food. I can highly recommend the prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella for starter and the rosemary infused steak for secondi. The staff were that good, that they chased me when I left the restaurant to give me €20 back as I had left one note too many...
