Avoid at all cost.

This will be a rollercoaster of a review. The service started off as being stressful for all involved parties. As I have an allergy, I tried asking a question about this and it took 5 separate visits for different people to get an answer. Each time though they were visibly annoyed we haven't decided what to do yet. It took a while to figure out which language to speak - English was not an option for asking about the allergens, but German was. We ended up ordering a starter and a few mains. They came out and explained the starters aren't safe as they are purchased and they cannot guarantee it. Which is great - this is starting to look promising. We still ordered it for the rest of the party. She ended up brining gluten free bread somewhere in the middle of the meal too, which was a nice touch. I would have preferred it at the start, along with the normal bread, but... Fine.

But, then, at the end as we were paying the bill, a random person who was appeared very drunk wondered to our table and hit our dog. Unprovoked. Just hit her. We were shocked. After a very heated exchange (and my poor German) explaining that if he gets close to the dog again we will have a problem, I noticed he was wearing a shirt with the name of the place. So we asked the waitress if she knows him. Turns out it's the owner. Apparently "he does this to all dogs". And "this is just playful".

You can probably imagine my reaction. Safe to say we (begrudgingly) paid, and left and are absolutely never...

Heaven on earth This restaurant is one of the best dining experiences in life. We came here coincidentally as we were traveling from Croatia to Munich but the experience was so nice that we plan to come here again just for this restaurant. . The place is quite amazing, peaceful and relaxing. Service is quite good and the food was really delicious. The fish was very fresh and grilled to perfection. They nicely remove the bones and it was really delicious. On top of that when I asked them to buy a bottle of their nice olive oil, they gave me 3 bottles as a gift I was so surprised and speechless. Zu allererst - Wir waren sehr enttäuscht! Wir kamen aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen auf Google vorbei und erwarteten ein angenehmes Fischlokal. Aber ziemlich weit gefehlt. Das Teich mit den Forellen ist beeindruckend, aber das war es leider auch schon.

Die Servicemitarbeiter waren wirklich unhöflich, das Essen kam "im Vorbeigehen" lieblos auf den Tisch "geflogen", die beiden Hauptgänge kamen zeitlich so unterschiedlich sodass meine Frau bereits fertig war bevor ich meinen Fisch bekam. Als ich von der Mitarbeiterin mit dem Teller angerempelt wurde kam (wieder "im Vorbeigehen") ein leises "scusa" und weg war sie ohne nur einmal stehen zu bleiben und uns eines Blickes zu würdigen - aber es war kein Stress angesagt da das Haus bei weitem nicht durch die wenigen Gäste ausgelastet war.

Meine Vorspeise (marinierte Forelle - siehe Foto) war meiner Meinung nach optisch wenig ansprechend gestaltet angerichtet, die Hauptspeise Fisch war leider auch nichts besonderes, aber es war "ok" (Fisch war frisch, aber die Haut war nicht mal etwas knusprig - ein Saibling vom Grill darf ruhig zeigen, dass er auch mal den Grill gesehen hat).

Die Sitzauflagen (sofern vorhanden) hatten Löcher und nicht sauber, das Besteck nicht einheitlich und es war auch kein Fischbesteck, die Stühle waren ungepflegt etc.

Wir haben uns aufgrund der doch gehobenen Preisgestaltung einen wesentlich besseren Service, etwas Freundlichkeit(!) gegenüber dem Gast und bessere Qualität erwartet

Wir haben keine gehobenen Ansprüche, aber dieses Lokal hat uns sehr enttäuscht und wir werden nicht mehr...
