What a nice surprise this restaurant was! I didnt even know it existed until now. I was passing by Manerbio with my father and, since we were both hungry, we decided to go into town and look for a restaurant... Apparently it's very well known from the people in town since a lot of workers go there - so we decided to stop by and order a business lunch (14 euro for first course, main course, coffee and drinks). ... I ordered risotto and spezzatino with polenta and champignon (same for my father) and I have to say...it was really good!! We had high expectations for this restaurant because of all the great reviews. Maybe it was an unlucky day for us but the food was below average, especially the salmon - it was dry, overcooked and absolutely tasteless, the worst salmon I have ever had in a restaurant. We ordered two glasses of Sauvignon Blanc, the girl came to the table and started pouring red into the glass. I said no, we ordered Sauvignon Blanc, and then she said they don’t have it. But why bring red one instead? The other food we had was also below average, giving 2 stars only because the owner is very nice. But someone in the kitchen was definitely not in a mood for...

È stata davvero una piacevole serata! Siamo arrivati quasi per caso ma una volta varcato l'ingresso (piuttosto anonimo) si entra in una meravigliosa location! Atmosfera con musica brillante ed un ambiente di classe, tavoli con candele e soffitto con volti a crociera e mattoni a vista. Bellissimo. Il menù presenta tutti piatti interessanti (torneremo di sicuro per provarne altri) e quelli che abbiamo scelto ci hanno soddisfatto appieno, la carne e le costolette erano morbide e gustose. Personale gentile, veloce e cordiale. Nota positiva anche per il conto finale: 1 antipasto, due secondi di carne (buoni e di qualità) e due dolci, 1 bottiglia d'acqua per un totale di 54€.
