What a gem of a place serving authentic home cooked style Piedmonte dishes. Nothing fancy about this place, set in a charming old ristorante style building, lots of memories laid all around the place, a homage to the wine history from around the region.
Food and Wine are the highlights, we had the Easter lunch where it the course contained all their classic dishes. Rabbit salad which had great texture, beef tartare that was so juicy and succulent, ravioli which almost melts in your mouth, beef and lamb roast that was both cooked in a rustic manner but the meat was so tender and juicy and finished with a classic Piedmonte dessert. Great selection of wine to go along with and paying homage to all the local vineyards in the region.
