Pizzeria Antica Coltelleria — Restaurant in Maniago

Brand new restaurant with fashionable upscale décor. Very nice, friendly service. Unfortunately the food is not quite up to par. Large quantities but average quality ingredients, many of which did not seem fresh (rather, were previously frozen). The panna cotta desert was not particularly good - very gummy quality. Prices reasonable. I wish them well and hope the cuisine improves, but will not return until they get a lot more...

Ho ordinato il frico. Era acido, hanno ritirato il piatto, assaggiato la pietanza e confermato l'acidità, si sono scusati. Mi hanno riportato un altro frico, acido anche quello. Questa volta non hanno dato nessuna motivazione o scuse. Cambio giustamente pietanza: ordino un panino con bufala e verdure. Comincio a mangiarlo, il pane è duro come una suola di scarpa, poi sento maionese in abbondanza: sollevo il pane e non vedo la bufala. Chiamo il cameriere e mi dice che in alto sulla pagina c'è la dicitura che i panini contengono salse. Rispondo che "salse" è un termine generico e che in ogni panino dovrebbe essere illustrato ogni singolo ingrediente. Inoltre non c' è la bufala come descritto. Il cameriere seccato si allontana. Domanda: ma ai fini della sicurezza alimentare del cliente che potrebbe avere allergie a un ingrediente, non dovrebbe essere specificato? E come si chiama legalmente o illegalmente quando scrivi "bufala" e poi non c'è nel panino? Anche qui non ho sentito scuse o motivazioni per questo. In sostanza cibo scadente e non corrispondente alla spiegazione nel menù. È legale? Ognuno sa...
