Le Salinelle Bistrot — Restaurant in Margherita di Savoia

The dishes are very creative and very well executed - at absolutely fair prices. The seating on the street is unpretentious, yet very nice. Prices are very reasonable, given the quality. The only thing is… the service is a bit hapless at times. Don‘t be surprised if dishes don‘t come out all at once, and don‘t expect too much information about the wines. They are awfully friendly, nonetheless. To sum it up: absolutely recommendable, just maybe not for the first meeting with your future...

Wir tun uns mehr als schwer, die guten Bewertungen zu verstehen.

Man sitzt sehr nett draußen, aber:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Risotto mit Thunfisch-Tatar war nicht cremig = nicht gut und die Menge Thunfisch-Tatar entsprach eher deutschen Verhältnissen, aber nicht den üblichen Mengen in Italien: Die Portion Risotto war klein und die paar Würfel Thunfisch zählbar = lächerlich wenig.

Die Carbonara di Mare war hingegen gut und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis besser. Mehr Fisch hätte es aber auch hier sein dürfen.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei den Weinen stimmt gar nicht. Die Weinkarte ist dem Restaurant angeblich "ausgegangen".

Der Service war zu langsam, aber die Küche noch viel langsamer. Die Gäste saßen gelangweilt, weil sie zu lange warten mussten.

Wir hatten hier das Gefühl, dass man es mit den Touristen machen kann.

Ottimo posto, peccato per il servizio, la cucina e i prezzi folli. Dopo circa un’ora e mezza di attesa la cameriera ci ha riferito che il nostro ordine non era mai arrivato in cucina e dopo ripetute lamentele, ci hanno servito in tutta fretta i primi piatti, alquanto deludenti: la carbonara di mare molto salata, di consistenza liquida e di mare solo nel titolo (il pesce era inesistente), la pasta al pomodoro dei bimbi dal sapore amaro, probabilmente era fatta con i peperoni (ignorando l’esistenza di allergie). Alcuni commensali hanno ricevuto il secondo piatto molto tempo dopo, nonostante fosse stato chiesto di servirli insieme poiché per loro era l’unica portata, fortunatamente la frittura di pesce era abbastanza gradevole. Il costo? Da capogiro, circa 40 euro a testa, nonostante il disservizio, oltretutto per nulla conforme alla qualità e alla quantità....
