Pizzicotto Pizza and Restaurant — Restaurant in Marsala

We visited the restaurant twice during our 7 day stay in Marsala. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent. They went over and above to make us feel welcome. We didn’t speak much Italian and the staff didn’t speak a lot of English, but still managed to understand each other and they provided us with impeccable customer service. We are well travelled and work in hospitality and have experienced many cultures and have to say the staff are very genuine and want to help you and no expectation for anything in return. It’s part of their culture and not a training exercise. A must when in Marsala. So impressed we went back...

siamo arrivati in questo posto per ripiego dopo esserci illusi di passare la sera di ferragosto in un lido di marsala con cena e discoteca in spiaggia.....andati via perché ci è sembrato mal frequentato, siamo approdati in questo posto per le recensioni positive sul cibo. Che dire la location ci aveva preoccupati in una strada di paese nel mezzo del nulla.....invece abbiamo trovato una buona cucina di pesce, un ottima tanica ed un accoglienza da fare invidia ad alcuni locali più blasonati. Che dire sicuramente non molto di passaggio per metà turistica, ma vale la pena gustare la loro cucina ad un costo veramente più che onesto...non si paga...
