Ristorante Pizzeria "Paradiso Di Puglia" - Contrada Nigri — Restaurant in Martina Franca

Excellent sosta and restaurant. There was all amenities and room for about 15. EHU ran the A/C fine. The toilets are clean and maintained, but the shower is outside and open to the elements. Personally i dont mind, but some might feel to exposed. Dogs are also welcome, but not in the restaurant. Stayed 2 nights. Don't try going through the small car park, not enough room. Park at the big gate on the main road and walk round. If no-one there, call the number. He speaks very little English, but with our little Italian we managed to communicate. Food at the restaurant was very tasty and filling. We eat there for two nights. ( I have posted the menu). Only open in the evening. Some nice old trulli houses up the lane and only 10 mins from Alberobello....

Excellent pizza with a huge choice to pick from. The owners are friendly and the service as you would expect from a family restaurant - brilliant. We had 3 pizzas, 3 big beers and a big bottle of water all for €40, so great value for money. The decor is not spectacular and is a bit dated inside, but they have an outdoor kitchen, huge area for outside seating in the summer and a large car park round the back. The waitress also spoke very good English and they have an English menu which was helpful as our Italian vocab is only...

The friendliness of the owner Michele, itself overabundant, is only surpassed by his wife's cooking. During our stay in Alberobello, we came here to eat three times, each one better than the last. Michele and his wife offer very affordable, homemade, delicious local food made with fresh local ingredients, some even from Michele's own garden (ask for his olive oil!).
