Terrazza Moris - Enoteca con Ristoro - Wine Bar — Restaurant in Massa Marittima

What a gorgeous place! We came over from America and set up a tasting with this winery. The location was breathtakingly beautiful. Prettiest place we saw in Tuscany.

The sunset there is incomparable. When we arrived it was cloudy and we thought we might miss it, but shortly thereafter it came out and we could see forever. You can see the Ocean and Elba from here, but the trees and vineyards are gorgeous enough even without the sunset.

The property is simply stunning--we loved seeing the wild boars nearby.

We had a winetasting and they presented us with the best array of delicious wines. So good that most of us shipped a bunch of it home, and my group commented through the week that they had had no better wine while in Tuscany. They also served a nice cheese and meat board that went way beyond anything we expected.

The shop contained their great wines, delicious olive oil and honey as well as other goodies from the area, and includes their newly distilled gin!

Janie made our visit educational and fun and we all learned so much about wine and also about the history of Morisfarms and the area.

I wish I lived closer; it would be a beautiful way to relax for a Friday night happy hour surrounded by beauty while the cares of the week float away.

May 4,2024 our group of 6 was warmly welcomed to your beautiful Terrazza Morisfarms. The surroundings are astounding, hills, valleys filled with family history and vineyards abounding. Decades filled with hard work to produce wine which is delectable to the palette! We tasted several varieties of your fine wine, each sample was as incredible as the first. Your explanation of each wine, was an example of your passion for fine wines! The pairing of wine with an assortment of food was perfect. Our day at Morisfarms was overwhelmingly a hit with all of us and definitely a memorable experience. We look forward to enjoying your wines in our hometown! We've been to Tuscany twice and both trips included wine & snacks at Terrazza Moris. Amazing views, great wine and personalized service made our day such a delight. Janie, an American that relocated to Tuscany, did a great job of explaining the history of the Morisfarms Winery in addition to the specifics of each wine we tasted. Her husband and Morisfarms wine proprietor, Giulio, even took breaks to sit with us to chat. He is very passionate about the family business and a very fun host!
