Il Tortello di Teresa — Restaurant in Massa

Place is simple but we had a very good experience. Maybe passing by we wouldn’t give a try as from outside there is nothing in particular that catch your attention. But we’ve been advised by one of the cooking teacher from Massa. Good point is that there is a big parking just in front of the restaurant. Terrace was also simple and nice.

Menu was small but well done. All dishes are done using local food and recipes. Me personally I prefer this kind of places that prioritize quality over quantity. I specially liked tordelli and stuffed mussels House red wine was very good even if was a bit strange to receive a bottle of wine without any labels.

Service was maybe not very fast but was maybe even better like this as we could really enjoy...

Deludente e Costoso

Sono rimasto estremamente deluso dall'esperienza al ristorante. Nonostante l'alto prezzo di 47,00 € a persona, le portate di antipasti e primi sono state servite in miseri vassoi da condividere. È vero che i prezzi sono esposti nel listino, ma si riferiscono ad una porzione non ad un vassoio da condividere con i commensali. La quantità offerta era chiaramente insufficiente, lasciando tutti i commensali insoddisfatti e ancora affamati. Questo rapporto qualità-prezzo è inaccettabile e non riflette l'aspettativa di una buona esperienza culinaria. Non posso consigliare questo ristorante a nessuno in base alla mia esperienza. Da Teresa ci andiamo tutti gli anni per la cucina tipicamente massese ottimamente preparata. L'ambiente è estremamente piacevole, immerso nella campagna massese, tra alberi da frutto e viti. Consiglio assolutamente gli antipasti in cui il baccalà fritto rimane la cosa più soprendente per la sua morbidezza. Anche il fritto misto è ottimo: fragrante e non gommoso.
