Casale dei Consoli is a fantastic place! We were there for a dinner with my girlfriends and our families. The place is very nice and quiet, in the countryside, with a fantastic swimming pool and a beautiful terrace where you can see the starry sky on a gorgeous night in Sicily. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is fantastic, especially the owner, Mrs. Salvina! The quality of food is superb! Everything is well presented on the plate and in the smallest details. We were a group of 3 families with a total of 9 kids and they loved dancing on New Year's night, running around the property during the day and exploring nearby Caltagirone.||||The food was very good, the hospitality excellent, and the rooms were clean and well taken care of.
