La Grotta dei Folletti — Restaurant in Mercatello sul Metauro

We stayed with in la grotta dei folletti just for 1 night, we also had dinner. There are several things we did not like||1) price vs. quality.we payed 90 euro for the room and 15 euro for a baby cot ( in the majority of places we did not pay for the baby cot) .the room was not really cosy and nice,very simple, not very well decorated, room was very small. For this price I Would reccomend to stay at Tenuta San Marcello or "i quatro passeri" . These two agriturismo were really a luxury stay with top service for less money||||2) the restaurant and food was a real dissapointment.we stayed with 11 months baby and asked to have dinner not at 8:30, but at 8 pm, but we were not serviced. The food was not a restaurant quality, that was the quality of a canteen.but the price was quite high.the dinner for 2 people cost us about 60 euro, while it's possible to have really good dinner for this price. Starters we were served were very simple and not tasty, pasta was overcooked and we did not eat it. The cake was burned.||||3) the breakfast was disgusting.two sweet pies , one of which was burned(apparently it was left from dinner). We had to use our own cheese to make some sandwiches. ||||I really reccomend the owners to improve their level of service and to have more touristic information on where to go and what to visit. It's not quite clear what this agriturismo produces.there 's only one cow,...

Regalo di compleanno spa + pernottamento. Arriviamo in camera ( nulla di eccezionale) c'era appeso un giubbino di non si sa chi. Alle 18 inizia la spa di 2 ore e ci viene detto che c'è tutto ed è tutto a disposizione , che potevamo non utilizzare le nostre cose ( che ci eravamo portati ma erano in camera) Entriamo nella spa e in 5 min frettolosi ci dicono come funzionano le cose , che i teli erano sulla sedia senza specificare e scrivere che quelli grandi costavano 8 euro l'uno ( utilizzati 4= 32 2 per asciugarci dopo la doccia sguarnita di shampo e docciaschiuma e 2 per stenderci sui lettini) . 2 Infradito a disposizione utilizzate dai clienti prima di noi ,zanzare e formiche morte di qua e di la un tavoletto con qualche tisana e 3 ciotole con un po di frutta secca ed una con frutta fresca appassita. Entriamo nella spa avvertiamo puzza di muffa, la sauna ok, idromassaggio (acqua male odorante), percorso kneip( odoraccio). Finita la spa andiamo a cena. Chiedo una bottiglia di vino etichettata ( all'apertura si rompe il tappo e lo stesso accade ad un altro tavolo). Servizio rapido con diversi antipasti che non mi hanno colpito lo stesso vale per il primo, buoni i secondi. Finita la cena chiedo di poter prendere una bottiglia di acqua per la stanza ( sprovvista ) e mi viene addebitata. Alle 5 di mattina sveglia tra asini e un canile li presente. Andiamo a colazione nulla di eccezionale( portano una pasta sfoglia con sopra mele tritate e miele, ciambellone e brownie buoni, succo di mela). Al pagamento cerchiamo di far capire che per i teli c'era stato un errore ed abbiamo chiesto di pagare a metà, anche perche avevamo i nostri in camera e per di più non era segnato da nessuna parte (32 euro li avrei spesi diversamente). Conto finale 370 euro a mio avviso a quelle cifre ci sono posti 5 stelle tipo Aura relais, I suite ecc ecc dove la differenza è abbissale soprattutto nei dettagli. Anche se non fosse accaduto questo incoveniente avrei detto le stesse cose. Prezzo assolutamente...
