Terrible customer service. Very sketchy. No clear rule or age. Make us pay and then think back and would say only children is free. And when asked what age is define as children then say just children then give a random baby age. So if you LOOK older than 8 you are considered adult… so they can make money. Recommend to go to the two beaches on each side which is free. Same water… same sand just no umbrella so bring your own. Everything is over priced. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.

We chose to go to a beach club specifically to be close to the sea, hoping to enjoy a relaxing day and have a good time. After spending nearly 70 euros at the club’s restaurant, we simply wanted to take a quick swim before leaving, but we were told it was forbidden—even though beaches in Italy are public property, accessible to everyone, even in concession areas.

From the moment we arrived, both the woman and the young man working there were noticeably rude. The atmosphere felt tense, almost like being in a prison.

The beach is beautiful, yes—but all beaches in Sicily are beautiful. There’s no reason to pay to be treated like that. We won’t be coming back, and we don’t recommend it.

Purtroppo, un’esperienza molto deludente. Avevamo scelto di andare in un lido proprio per poter stare a contatto con il mare, godendoci una giornata di relax e trascorrendo un bel momento. Dopo aver speso quasi 70 euro nel ristorante del lido, volevamo semplicemente fare un bagno prima di andare via, ma ci è stato detto che era vietato, nonostante il fatto che le spiagge in Italia siano un bene pubblico, accessibile a tutti anche in aree in concessione. Scammy, overpriced, and aggressive — avoid this place. Absolutely awful experience. This place feels like a complete scam. We spent over €66 at their bar on food and drinks, and they even charged me for expensive top-shelf liquor I never asked for — and that wasn’t even on the menu. Total rip-off.

Then, when I tried to jump into the water — at a public beach, mind you — they demanded another €15-20 just to take a swim. I wasn’t even staying, I just wanted to cool off before leaving. Instead, they threw a tantrum and made a scene.

Trust your gut: I had a bad feeling from the beginning, and I wish we had gone somewhere else. This place is toxic. Save your money and your peace of mind.

Truffatori, prezzi esagerati e atteggiamento aggressivo — statene alla larga. Esperienza davvero pessima. Questo posto è una truffa bella e buona. Abbiamo speso più di 66 euro al bar per cibo e bevande, e mi hanno pure addebitato superalcolici costosi che non avevo ordinato — e che nemmeno erano sul menù. Una vera fregatura.

Poi, quando ho provato a fare un tuffo in mare — su una spiaggia pubblica, tra l'altro — hanno preteso altri 15-20 euro solo per entrare in acqua. Non stavo nemmeno usando più la sdraio, volevo solo rinfrescarmi prima di andarmene. Hanno fatto una scenata assurda.

Avrei dovuto fidarmi del mio istinto: fin da subito ho avuto una brutta sensazione. Era meglio cercare un altro posto. Questo è un ambiente tossico. Risparmiate...
