Read some of the reviews for this place and agree with all the positive ones. We arrived at 7 and were seated right away! They have both an outdoor seating area right by the road and indoor seating. We ordered the charcuterie board which came out with huge chunks of mozzarella and good prosciutto/salami, as well as these fried bread puffs and vegetables. For our entrees we had the seafood pasta and the mixed grilled meats - both of which were delicious and quite large portions. The mussels and clams in the pasta were some of the best we've had in Italy, and the amount of meat in the other dish was quite a bit. Perfectly cooked though a smidge salty, but would absolutely eat again. Ordered the house wine as well which was fairly alcoholic but paired well with the meat. The pricing here is nuts - much cheaper than any place we've been to with more food/taste than a lot of places in Rome/Florence etc. Overall spent around ~50 euro for a big jug of wine, charcuterie board, a side salad, two entrees, and water. Read moreI have been travelling for almost 5 weeks now and I have not had a better meal then the meal I had at Annarès. My family and I shared a gorgeous margarita pizza and salad to start, then were amazed by the incredible food brought to us. Home made wine, gnocchi, seafood pasta and much more. All at a very reasonable price and left us feeling full and happy. All staff were pleasant and very welcoming, and made us tourists feel at home. Il locale e' un po' piccolo ma e' cosi accogliente che sembra di stare a casa , la signora Annare' e' la mamma che ti sveglia al mattino con latte e biscotti , Antonio il propietario e chef e' semplicemente unico , ti fa' capire che la bonta' e la squisitezza dei suoi piatti nascono dall ' amore e passione per cio' che fa . Antipasti di mare e di terra ,che dire, completi ed unici e tutto di prima scelta , i due primi : scialatielli ai frutti di mare (un classico, ma mangiati da tonino sembravano una vera novità), la pasta fresca ed il condimento genuino dei suoi prodotti non meritavano di essere lasciati nel piatto , l'altro primo: fusilli , salsicce ,noci e parmiggiano, buonissimi...pasta freschissima, il sapore delle noci rendeva quel piatto unico nel suo genere! I secondi : frittura di pesce e tagliata di manzo...la frittura sembrava fritta in acqua, bionda e croccante (ho mangiato anche le teste) , la tagliata a cottura media si scioglieva in bocca e poi x finire , torta ricotta e cioccolato e coppa di frutta pan di spagna e crema pasticcera , semplicemente favolosi .
