We were looking for a local place to have our final meal in Italy before returning to Canada and B87 Bistro far exceeded our expectations!! Our very friendly chef greeted us with a smile and selected a pasta carbonara for us with ingredients fresh from Tuscany! It was beyond wonderful! Our waitress was very attentive and provided us with excellent service. The bruschetta she brought to our table was the best I have ever had with the ingredients so fresh and flavourful! Quando si dice "nella botte piccola c'è il vino buono"!!! Posticino raccolto, semplice ma estremamente ricercato. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto bravi nel loro lavoro e nella scelta delle materie prime. Ho provato una piranha con zucchine grigliate, buonissima! Anche l'attenzione al servizio davvero importante; nella semplicità, la "pietra" al posto del piatto ed il letto di zucchine piuttosto che il contorno a parte, hanno sottolineato la cura ed il piacere nel far bene. Complimenti, pranzo veloce ma gustato fino in fondo. Consigliatissimo, da tornare!

Dopo qualche mese eccomi ancora qui, sempre a mezzogiorno ma questa volta son stato tentato da un piatto di "chitarre al limone e menta"....esagerate!
