Hotel Ristorante Aeclanum — Restaurant in Mirabella Eclano

The hotel is very beautiful, recently renovated and carefully planned. There are some technical glitches which caused our card to become deactivated many times in our three day stay, and they do not have staff on duty past 11pm so we were lucky the card didn't stop working at night.

Service- 3/5, we emailed them two months in advance asking to extend our stay by one night and they agreed. However when we arrived we found out only the night before that they needed us to leave a day early and said they had lost the information about us asking to stay another night (we showed them the email but they still did not allow us to stay) so we had to quickly find another place to stay for the next day.

Schöne Location. Das Essen soweit es kommt auch gut. Kalkuliert lange wartezeiten ein. Auch Pizza 45-60 min. An zwei verschiedenen Tagen bestellte ich Fisch. Nach 40 bis 50 Minuten fragte ich den Kellner wo mein Essen bleibt und bekam dann zur Antwort dass es keinen Fisch mehr gibt. Leicht ausgehungert ließ ich mich auf eine Pizza alternativ ein hatte aber eigentlich überhaupt keinen Lust auf Pizza🤷🏻‍♂️ Keine preisreduktion, kein Espresso als Wiedergutmachung ect.

Ob ihr es glaubt oder nicht. Ich bin ein zweites mal zwei Tage später dorthin gegangen und mir ist exakt dasselbe noch einmal passiert. Meine Schwester ist schon beim zweiten Mal nicht mehr mitgegangen und hat sich gewundert dass ich da überhaupt noch mal hingehe. Als ich ihr erzählte dass heute dasselbe noch mal passierte hat sie die Hände über dem Kopf zusammengeschlagen. Es gibt dort keine Organisation und Kommunikation zwischen kellner und Küche!!

Erst als ich den Kellner daran erinnerte und ihm sagte dass mir vor zwei Tagen exakt das gleiche mit einem seiner Kollegen passierte, Erließ er mir den vorspeisenteller für 7 € und die Flasche Wasser und ich bin sofort gegangen ohne zu zahlen! Immerhin.

Sehr sehr schade für diese schöne Location der ich leider keine dritte Möglichkeit gebe mein Geld...

Great Overnight Stay! We stopped here overnight to visit relatives and couldn’t fault this place. There’s a bar onsite and a fantastic restaurant right next door, plus the town centre is close just a short drive. very convenient!
