Burger King — Restaurant in Modena

Unbelievable, i had a great time testing the steakhouse menu in the foodcourt. As it wasnt my first time at BK i looked at the back of the reciept for offers(this time a free whopper)when i leave a review. I had left a good review of the place on thier survey website and when i went to the counter to recieve the whopper the worker started going on about 4 euros or some fries or a drink. Then she coildnt tell me that in english because my italian is not that good, i did unserstand though. She made a really big fuss about it and i took my translator app to tell her that on the reciept thier is no statement of a minimum consumation and that its for a whopper and not some fries. She finally caved in and i left it. I rather leave a 1 star review and leave with a smile...

Quality was actually good, contrary to some comments here, but every burger seems to come out different. I made one reclamation and they agreed and gave me a little more onions on my Whopper. This is a high stress and client volume environment, so expect to not get all food at the same time or ask for it first. It's also not the cleanliest of all places, but it's still ok. I know that I was annoying, but for an 8€ burger I still have some low expectations and as I understand Italian a little, the comments made between staff and the manager did cross the language barrier 100%. Not nice. Due to staff in the end going along with my request - Whopper with some onions, more than 1 ring - I had a great break here - it tasted...

Purtroppo una bruttissima sperienza ,una delle commesse molto lenta e con poca voglia di lavorare ,apenna ho fatto vedere il bonus del app Burger King con la richiesta di 4 menu medi mi a risposto che non sara possibile non ci sono ho chiesto come mai e se ne andato a fare un giro in cucina torna i disse posso darti 2 menu ,lo ho solo guardata e ha fatto un altro giro arrivata a 3 panini menu ,decidendo sempre lei il panino che poteva darmi al qualle non ho detto di no perche i bambini avevanno famme ,mancava 1 un altro giro, giustamente piu giri faceva la fila dietro a iniziato a lamentarse al qualle lei a risposto purtroppo si la signora vuole pagare poco che posso fare!!! 😡io ho chiesto i panini non li preparate al momento e mi a risposto no non ci sono ,domanda a cosa servonno tutti queste offerte nell app se non ci sono i menu disponibili ,nel fra tempo pero l'altra commessa continúa a fare richiesta pannini in cucina ,allora ci sono o non ci sono i panini. Mi sono sentita dire addirittura non si deve offendere se non ha da pagare,chi li a detto che non avevo da pagare.!!!Le scuse ci sono state ,anche se solo dopo che ho fatto notare che non devo essere io a dirli cosa vuoldire lavora con la gente .Peccato che c'erano anche i miei bambini a sentire che non avevo da pagare secondo...
