Molto apprezzata l'entrèe di benvenuto, mousse di ricotta con Pan grattato, la parmantier ai porcini e castagne buona, ma non la riprenderei, prevaricava il sapore delle spezie del brodo di tutto il resto, ma sono rimasta supersoddisfatta della carbonara con spaghettone mancini a cui ho fatto aggiungere tartufo nero...una bontà, cottura peccabile, carbocrema buonissima e abbondante, guanciale supercroccante e di altissima qualità ! I miei commensali han preso i Tacconi alle fave e ne hanno apprezzato molto l impasto. Metto 4 stelle perchè tra gli antipasti ed i primi sono passati più di 60/70 minuti, tempistica eccessiva a mio avviso considerando che il locale non era pieno di gente e avendo un bambino di 9 mesi è un fattore da non trascurare . Prezzo di qualche euro maggiorato rispetto ai ristoranti di questa fascia, ma giustificato dall'impostazione gourmet che intendono dargli, con begli impiattamenti e proposte...
