I’m going to start by saying that the hidden type location gives it something special, it is also very private and intimate with very few seats. I would suggest to change the lighting cause I personally found it excessive, so something warmer like those little lamps that can be place in every single table would just create a totally different ambient. The service was great, really delicate and polite. The plate presentations were good, the Risotto a little watery and in general I found the flavors not being genuinely in balance between them. I really wanted to try this place because I admire the willing and the vision of creating innovating dishes in this type of area with mainly region products but I think there’s still I little a bit to work on. Esperienza Superlativa ! Locale piccolino , ben curato e accogliente. L atmosfera che si respira all interno di questo ristorante è quella di un ristorante stellato. Attenzione a tutti i dettagli, camerieri preparatissimi e precisi. Essendo un posto piccolino è necessario sicuramente prenotare con anticipo se si vuole andare nel fine settimana. Ci hanno servito parecchi entree di benvenuto tutti molto buoni e particolari. La bravura dello chef e la bontà di tutti i piatti è assolutamente indiscutibile e i prezzi sono assolutamente adeguati alla qualità proposta . Porzioni molto oneste. Perché allora 4 stelle e non 5? Solo una piccola nota negativa, il menù degustazione è possibile farlo solo se tutto il tavolo aderisce, essendo noi in 6 siamo stati in difficoltà poiché 2 persone temevano che qualche piatto potesse non piacere( es. Déception car le menu présenté et les photos des plats donnaient vraiment envie. Le foie gras en antipasti est excellent. La salade russe a beaucoup moins d’intérêt. Les Primi Piatti sont bons mais pas incroyables non plus. Mais concernant les Secondi Piatti, une catastrophe. Beaucoup trop de sel dans tous les plats, que ce soit le canard ou le Veal Stew. Le Veal Stew est tout simplement arrivé en bouillie, et la sauce très acide. Le canard avait également un problème au niveau de la sauce. Concernant le service : pas du tout à la hauteur d’un endroit où vous allez payer environ 70€/personne à la carte pour un menu complet.
