Icecream was ok. But the man helping us was so rude!! Didn’t looked us in the eye, hardly talked and wasn’t friendly at all. Very weird experience. It ruined getting an icecream with my husband and baby.

REACTION TO ICE SHOP:

I’m not saying that you should have started a whole conversation with us. What I said is that the atmosphere in the ice cream shop felt extremely unpleasant, because you didn’t look at us and didn’t say a single word to us. Not even when we asked, “Can we have this ice cream?” or “Can we have it in a cone?” You didn’t respond at all. You didn’t even look at us, you just scooped it. That came across as very rude, and it’s not what I would expect in an ice cream shop.

On top of that, I think this has nothing to do with the fact that you were making ice cream in the laboratory. If you have an ice cream shop, then part of that is also welcoming your guests instead of completely ignoring them. So maybe if you can’t multitask, you shouldn’t try to do two things at...

If you overlook the not so cozy atmosphere here you are in for a treat.

Ever since my exchange semester in Turino I have had niccola as my favorite Ice cream. And I have been on the search for the best gelato everywhere I go - here I found it. The niccola gelato here is the exceptional: probably the best in the world. The texture, smoothness and the fact that it still holds pieces of nuts in makes it amazing.
