The hotel announces wifi in public areas. This is not the case. Only in front of the reception you have wifi access. There is only one person on the property which is able to speak English. The cleaning of the house keeping is lousy. The toilets have never seen a brush. The shower is totally calcified and almost unusable.

The lighting installation of the room is a total mess. The is only one ceiling light in the bathroom and one over the bed and on in the entrance area.

The air-condition in the room is super noisy.

The breakfast offers mostly sweet things. Everything covered with powder sugar. They also offer cheese and Coppa (italien dried pork meat). The juices are just made from water, color and aroma. Horrible. In a country where oranges grow it should be possible to offer fresh orange juice.

They offer a bowl of cereals on the breakfast buffet but no bowls are available to enjoy them. When we asked for a bowl they offered us a coffee cup. On the second day no butter was available.

The staff does not know what hospitality is and has no contact with the customers. The owner or management have no idea about hospitality.

The positive thing about this hotel is the big and clean pool. Unfortunately the do not offer towels for the pool and only one umbrellas...

I was born few miles away from this spectacular place, but I have now lived in England for more than 15 years. This year we have decided to spend our holidays with our neighbours/friends. For a long time I had promised them to introduce them to my wonderful region, so this summer we decided to find a place nearby my hometown, to spend our holidays. We had the opportunity to visit the place in the past but only for a day. This time we booked for two weeks. What an amazing experience!!! The place is right in the middle of the Valle D'Itria - Far away from the craziness of touristic centres, it's the perfect location if you are looking for some peace a relaxing time. The structure is very beautiful and full of character - the infinity pool enhance that sense of peace - while swimming you could enjoy a spectacular view over the vineyards. We had the opportunity to try their food and I can say without any hesitation that it has been one of the best meals in a long time. ||The kids had a great time too, also because they had the opportunity to feed the horses and the goats.||The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Giuseppe, Angelo, Massimo and all the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. ||DEFINETELY...

It’s a big hotel in the middle of nature. The pool was awesome to cool of in 34 C weather. There were lots of families and kids while we were there. The breakfast buffet had mostly sweet pastries but I understand this is the case in most hotels in Italy. We didn’t get wifi or phone reception in our room. You need to get closer to the reception area or pool to get reception. The welcoming part was a bit awkward. The guy didn’t speak English and didn’t seem to want to show us around. But luckily he changed our room to a better one when we showed him what we had booked on booking.com. He also provided towels for the pool. They can work on giving the right welcoming experience to their guests. The room looked new, the bathroom was modern and came with a nice shampoo and lotion kit as well as lots of towels. Overall it was a nice stay for the price we paid and we mostly enjoyed the pool 😎

A fabulous stay at Masseria Paretano. Beautiful location in the Italian countryside. We were greeted at the entrance by a lovely lady who spoke enough English to provide all the information we needed. The accommodation was perfect, air conditioned, spacious enough with everything we needed. The breakfast was also very nice, freshly baked selections with coffee to start the day. The pool was located up high giving great views across the countryside. The large pool was perfect to cool off in given that it was 35 degrees celcius for the days we were there! Would definitely stay here again if visiting the region in the future!
