Subject: Complaint Regarding Incident at Airone Centro Commerciale Monselice

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred at the shoe store in Airone Centro Commerciale Monselice involving my elderly mother and the Carabinieri.

Today, while shopping with my mom, she accidentally carried a small hand violet from the store without realizing it. Without looking in video what happened they are directly called to carabinieri and harreament to us.The situation escalated when the Carabinieri were called to investigate. My mother, who is new to Italy and unfamiliar with many customs, was subjected to public scrutiny and asked to provide identification and undergo a search of her belongings.

I must express our disappointment with the treatment received from both the Carabinieri and the store personnel. Considering my mother's age, lack of familiarity with the surroundings, and recent health issues, we expected a more compassionate and understanding approach in dealing with the situation. It is distressing to witness her being treated in a manner that made her feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially given her current physical discomfort and emotional state.

We believe that in such cases where an individual may not be fully aware of certain norms or unintentionally overlooks proper procedures, there should be a level of cooperation and sensitivity shown by authorities and staff members. It is crucial to handle such situations with empathy and respect, particularly when dealing with individuals who may be vulnerable or experiencing challenges.

As a family trying to acclimate to life in Italy and ensure the well-being of our loved one, I respectfully urge the authorities and the store owners to address this matter and take steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. We value the harmony and understanding between residents and law enforcement agencies and hope that incidents like this can be resolved with dignity and understanding.

Centro commerciale ormai in declino da anni, ci chiediamo in tanti oramai cosa aspettano a ristrutturarlo e insediare un po' di altri negozi. Quelli di abbigliamento sono al ridicolo come qualità davvero scadente a parte solo uno. Quando piove un po' oltre al normale si trovano secchi in galleria per raccogliere l'acqua che s'infiltra dal lucernaio posto in alto, per non parlare delle scale mobili che molte volte purtroppo non funzionano. Il negozio Brico Io ha dei prezzi assurdamente alti : solo un esempio, cucchiaio per gelato = 17€!!!! Non si salva neanche il supermercato Conad per quanto riguarda l'ortofrutta con una qualità pessima di tutta la merce, ci si chiede il come mai non si può avere della frutta-verdura solo made in Italy e che non faccia dei giorni interi dentro\fuori dalle celle frigo. Ultimo ma non meno importante sarebbe quanto meno utile riempire i vani sfitti con dei negozi almeno decenti di qualsiasi genere. Sono basito che da 30 anni ad oggi non si abbia mai voluto investire in questo centro viste le potenzialità, i riscontri in termini positivi ci sarebbero tutti considerando la posizione nel territorio Monselicense, ma questo abbiamo e non ci...

Va preso per quello che e, un piccolo centro dove sono radunati un po di negozi: il supermercato, il ferramenta, il negozio di computer, qualche negozio di abbigliamento. C'e perfino la lavanderia. Quello che una volta era il centro del paese, ma con due vantaggi: hai un ampio parcheggio, sei in una zona periferica, e giri sempre al coperto. Il centro e (molto) piccolo, per cui i negozi sono pochi e, a parte il supermercato, che e abbastanza grande, sono per lo piu in versione ridotta. Non puo competere con i centri commerciali che si trovano a Padova, e non ha tantissimi servizi, perfino sulla ristorazione e carente (cinema neanche a parlarne).
